General conditions of dissemination and sale
These conditions apply to all products (hereafter called “publications”) offered via the 1107 Vademecum Store.
1. Orders
The 1107 Vademecum Store will only accept and process orders you make online.
If you don’t receive an automated electronic confirmation of your order and its details within 1 hour, please contact the 1107 Vademecum Store with reference to the date and time of ordering, so we can check if your order was correctly registered.
If publications are unavailable or your order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, you will be notified in a separate e-mail.
2. Availability of publications
The Publications listed on the 1107 Vademecum Store are in stock.
If stocks change by the time we receive and process your order, or if a title becomes unavailable suddenly, we will inform you by e-mail if and how you can obtain a copy of the publication.
3. Delivery
The publications will be delivered to the shipping address provided in your order form.
The 1107 Vademecum Store cannot be held responsible for unsolicited orders of publications made by a user on behalf of (and/or delivered to) another person (recipient).
In the event of suspected misuse or abuse of the free online order facility, the 1107 Vademecum Store reserves the right to block or amend these orders and deliveries.
Single copies are usually dispatched via normal post, without tracking. Shipments of 2 or more copies are shipped by courier post with tracking. Shipping is normally carried out within 2 working days.
However, the 1107 Vademecum Store cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery due to force majeure, such as computer breakdown, pandemics, disruption or strikes affecting postal services.
4. Damage or loss in transit
The 1107 Vademecum Store will replace at no extra cost any publication(s) lost or damaged on or before delivery, if you notify us in writing, with appropriate supporting evidence.
For damaged publication(s), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
5. Returns and reimbursements
To return an item, you must e-mail us at order@1107vademecum.eu within 14 calendar days of receipt and return it within 14 calendar days of sending your e-mail. You do not need to give any reason for returning the item, provided that you do so within this deadline.
We will reimburse your payment by bank transfer no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you e-mailed us. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item. You will have to bear only the cost of returning the item.

6. Price policy, payment, VAT and custom duties
All prices are per unit and in euro. They are quoted without duties and value-added tax (VAT). Sales by the 1107 Vademecum Store within the European Union (with the exemption of Belgium) are exempt from VAT under art. 21 § 3, 7° of the Belgian VAT Code, provided that a valid VAT number is provided, matching with the invoiced entity.
However, customs duty, VAT and other taxes may be levied on sales and shipping outside the EU. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer, who is entirely responsible for both declaration and payment to the responsible authorities in the country concerned
The rates for shipping are given on the web-page with the order-form, http://1107vademecum.eu/order-form/. They reflect the costs incurred by the 1107 Vademecum Store for providing these services and will be reviewed periodically.
Payment is due within 30 days of shipping, by bank transfer or other means provided for by the email with invoice, which is sent on the day of shipping.
The 1107 Vademecum Store facility for electronic payment by credit card is fully secure, and is handled by external payment service providers (Paypal, WorldOnline, CM.com). All data transmitted are encrypted, and neither the 1107 Vademecum Store nor any third party has access to them at any time.
7. Protection of personal data
The 1107 Vademecum Store privacy notice states what information is collected and used by the 1107 Vademecum Store for the needs of sales and dissemination activities, and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties.
8. Disputes and applicable law
Our aim is to settle any disputes amicably in the framework of these general conditions of dissemination and sale. Please send any questions or complaints to the 1107 Vademecum Store.
These general conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
